1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Hawcugfep's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Hawcugfep provides legal services in dispute resolution, compliance, property matters, corporate advisory, and intellectual property. All services are subject to engagement agreements and applicable Malaysian law.

3. Professional Conduct

Our services are delivered by qualified legal professionals governed by the Malaysian Bar Council rules and regulations. Clients must communicate honestly and provide accurate information relevant to their legal matters.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are as specified in engagement letters. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hawcugfep's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

Client information is protected by attorney-client privilege and data protection regulations. We may disclose information when required by law or court order.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients remain liable for services rendered and costs incurred prior to termination.

8. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR principles. Your personal data is processed only for legal service delivery and billing purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Amendment

These terms may be amended at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
