Fee structures depend on the nature of the matter. Conveyancing and certain transactional work follows the Solicitors' Remuneration Order. Litigation and advisory work is billed at agreed hourly or fixed rates. Every engagement begins with a written fee estimate — no surprises.

Our advocates are admitted to the Malaysian Bar and practise in all Malaysian courts from the Magistrates' Court through to the Federal Court. We also handle matters before the Industrial Court, Syariah courts (where applicable), and relevant regulatory bodies including KLRCA/AIAC for arbitration proceedings.

Yes. While our principal office is in Kuala Lumpur, we regularly act in matters across Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah and Sarawak, either directly or in coordination with trusted local counsel. Property transactions in all states are within our scope.

For most matters, intake and a conflict check can be completed within one business day, with substantive work commencing shortly after. Urgent matters — including injunctive relief or time-sensitive regulatory filings — should be flagged clearly in your inquiry so we can prioritise accordingly.
